Rentals & Party Space FAQ'S

Reservations can be canceled or rescheduled up to 1 week prior to delivery. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied toward your next reservation. Cancellations within 7 days of the event result in no refunds but can be applied towards your next reservation until 48 hours prior. Within 48 hours of delivery, half of the total reservation is forfeited, with the other half applicable towards the next rental. Deposits are kept on file for 1 year to reschedule events. Refunds occur only if we cancel due to bad weather. For inquiries, call our office.

Yes, deliveries proceed in the rain, though delays may occur. We reserve the right to cancel in severe storms. Inflatables cannot be used during heavy winds or bad weather.

Our inflatable pricing is competitive, offering weekend-long rentals dropped off on Fridays and picked up on Mondays.

Yes, pricing includes setup and delivery, with possible additional fees for distant areas. Excludes sales tax.

Deliveries follow a route from one side of town to the other. If unavailable during scheduled times, arrangements can be made for setup without anyone present.

We accommodate setups on pavement, concrete, and grass. Please inform us of the surface type, and remember to clean the area beforehand.

Ensure access to power, clear space for the inflatable's path, sufficient gate clearance, and a clean setup area. For water units, have a hose reaching the area.
